Placing an order

If you want to select a product, click on ‘add to cart’ on the productpage. You will get a view in your shoppingcart by clicking on the ‘view cart’ button. In this menu you can change numbers or remove products.

When you have made your definitive choise, you click on the ‘order’ button. Fill in your address and, optional, another deliveryaddress if you want. Any remarks can be made here. If you have filled in the required information, click on the ‘continue’ button.

By the next step you can make your choise in ways of payment, then click on ‘continue’.

The last step will give you a status of your order. Any change can still be made here. By clicking on the ‘order’ button, you agree with our terms and conditions and you made your order final.

You will receive an e-mail on the given address for confirmation. After receiving the invoice amount, your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.


Deliverytimes vary per product and way of payment. The deliverytime of a product is shown on the productpages, but are always approximately. We try to update as much as possible. If deliverytime is running up very much we will give notice.

Ways of payment

You can choose on a number of methods to pay;

  1. Payment in advance You pay the invoiceamount at our bankaccount; ING bank 5156865

    Bankaddress ING Bank N.V., P.O.Box 1800, 1000 BV Amsterdam, the Netherlands
  2. Cash on delivery. (Only available in the Netherlands) You pay cash on delivery to the postman. We charge an extra € 5,- plus 1% of the total invoice-amount.
  3. iDeal (Only available in the Netherlands) You pay via internet with your own bank safe and secure.

As soon as we receive your payment, the order is definitive, and we will dispatch as soon as possible.

Return policy

You receive the product at sight for 8 days. If it doesn’t stand up to your expectations you may exchange it for another product or return it, provided the product is unused, in perfect state and original packaging. Returnshipping is at your account. Please insure the package and pack with care, we are not responsible for damaged or lost products. Costs made by this will be at your expences. We will refund the restituted amount at the given bankaccountnumber within 30 days.


Free shipping in the Netherlands! If you choose cash on delivery (only in the Netherlands) the extra charge will apear as shipping cost (see payments). International shipping inside EU- or outside EU-countries we surcharge extra costs. These costs will be shown to you before you make your final order. If you prefer express-sending we will charge extra. You can notify it at the 'remarks' on the address informationpage. We will inform you about it.

Returnshipping is always at the buyers account.


We ship with TNT-post. The ordered products are being offered at your door twice. If you are not at home, TNT will leave an message where to pick up the package within 3 weeks. Please check the package for damages caused by transportation. Let us know within 2 workingdays.

It is not possible to give a returnpackage.
